“Cracks in the Armor”
During Saul's early reign we begin to see signs of insecurity and a subtle fear of man. This kind of attitude, of course, exists in each one of us and left unchecked, will consume us and lead to all kinds of destruction. Thankfully, though, Jesus demonstrated himself to be a self-sacrificing king who rescues us from our insecurities.
